System Level Design

In many cases, we are approached with product ideas, and are responsible for working with the customer to determine detailed product functionality and specifications.

Once we complete a Functional Specification document, our customer can elect to proceed with the High Level Design, Low Level Design, and Prototype/Testing stages of the project.

Hardware Design

Although we have a broad range of capabilities, our hardware team has specialized in low-cost Microchip PIC microcontroller, VHDL/Xilinx FPGA, Digital/DSP PCB, and analog design.

Software Design

Our software team's capabilities include Windows platforms (Win32, C++, C#, .NET, COM), network technologies (TCP, UDP, multicast, DCOM, CORBA, firewall traversal), Java technologies (J2EE, JNI, RMI, Swing), Web technologies (HTML, ASP, ASP.NET, CSS, Javascript, PHP), and real-time & embedded software & device drivers Database (XML, SQL).

The Design Process

Your project will be assigned to a Project Manager who will work with you to ensure that your needs are met. He is required to thoroughly document progress and manage the design process, including schedules and budgets. Our President, VP Hardware Engineering, and/or VP Software Engineering regularly oversee and review the Project Manager's progress.
